Speak at Commissioners Court
The Court meets on Tuesday mornings at the courthouse in Georgetown, and citizens may sign up to address it. Agendas are posted the week before. Three minutes from a neighbor is worth more than any letter.
- Say where you live and how you use the park.
- Ask the Court to acknowledge the 1990 acceptance (Vol. 1960, P. 444) on the record.
- Ask the Court to cancel the Skalmor development agreement.

Write to your Commissioner
The park is in Precinct 2. Every Commissioner and the County Judge voted for Item 71. Be brief, be specific, and ask for a written reply.
- What is the County’s basis for saying it “never accepted” land its own County Judge signed an acceptance for?
- Why did Item 71 identify no property when Item 56 on the same agenda attached the full agreement?
- Will the County release the records it withheld and never searched for?
