Broker Agreement and Comparable Sales (June–July 2025)
The County retains McAllister & Associates on a 4.5% commission to value, market, and sell County property. Three weeks later the broker prices nearby residential land at $6.09 to $13.56 per square foot.
Why it matters
The park was being valued for residential resale in July 2025, before any public discussion. Section 7 of the agreement bars the broker from discussing the relationship publicly without the County's written consent.

The agreement covers “valuation, marketing, and sale of various existing Williamson County real property located throughout the County” and pays a 4.5% commission on any sale during the term or within twelve months after it ends. Section 8 requires written disclosure if the broker represents any other party to a County transaction.
