Title Commitment for the 7.38-Acre Tract (July 2025)
A title commitment ordered seven months before the public vote, with the proposed insured "to be determined."
Why it matters
Schedule B lists the 1990 deed restrictions and the plat note naming Williamson County as "the owner of this approved parkland tract" as exceptions to coverage. The title company saw the park restrictions on the record.

A title commitment is what a title company issues before it will insure a sale. This one, effective July 2, 2025, lists as exceptions “all terms, conditions, stipulations and reservations” of the 1990 deed and quotes the Section 3 plat note in full: “Williamson County, Texas is the owner of this approved parkland tract.”
