Thirty seconds of the meeting: the commissioner thanks the broker by name, describes the land as "a small piece of land that is currently unused," and says proceeds would "hopefully go to the Parks Fund."
Why it matters
None of this appears in the written agenda or minutes. It is the only public mention that the property had anything to do with parks.
