First Amendment to the Development Agreement (September 3, 2026)
Replaces Section 2.2: removes the $4-per-square-foot minimum price and requires the County and developer to mutually agree on any offer. The 55/45 split remains.

The amendment ratifies everything else in the original agreement, including the “never accepted” recital and the requirement that Carolville release the park restrictions. It repeats the incorrect deed citation (“Vol. 1960 Page 449”).
