Development Agreement: Developer Redlines (December 2025 and January 2026)
Two rounds of the developer's marked-up drafts: a three-year term in December, a five-year term and a $20,000 liquidated sum in January.
Why it matters
The agreement to sell was being negotiated for at least two and a half months before the Commissioners Court vote. The County has not produced its own drafts or its responses.
