Motion by Commissioner Valerie Covey, seconded by Commissioner Terry Cook: “To approve a First Amendment to Development Agreement by and between Williamson County, Texas, and Skalmor, Inc. a Delaware Corporation, regarding the sale of certain property owned by the County.” Aye: County Judge Steven Snell and Commissioners Terry Cook, Cynthia Long, Valerie Covey, and Russ Boles.
As with Item 71 on February 24, the agenda language identifies no address, parcel number, or acreage. The amendment itself, signed by the County Judge two days later, is in the library: First Amendment to the Development Agreement.
